Copyright & Content Requests
Last updated:
Enfermatiko, LLC. respects artists, composers and other rightsholders. To request a licensing discussion, correct a credit or report potentially infringing or unauthorized content, email hi@enfermatiko.com with the subject “Rights / Content Request”.
Please identify the work and the page or file at issue, provide its exact URL, explain the concern and your relationship to the rightsholder, and include contact information. For an infringement claim, include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; a statement that your information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.
We will review requests and may ask for clarification, correct information, restrict access or contact relevant parties. A complaint alone does not establish infringement. Affected parties may provide an explanation or evidence of authorization through the same contact. We may retain the correspondence to document the request and disclose relevant details where necessary to investigate or meet legal duties.
This is a general contact process. It does not represent that this email is a registered DMCA designated agent, promise statutory safe-harbor protection, or replace any mandatory legal notice or counter-notice procedure. Applicable statutory procedures and deadlines remain in effect. Do not knowingly submit false claims. Separate licenses and agreements govern any authorized use of recordings, compositions or artwork.
