1. Scope
These terms govern use of the website operated by Enfermatiko, LLC., including its catalog, blog and related landing pages. Contact: hi@enfermatiko.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent an enforceable agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Privacy practices are explained separately in the Privacy Policy.

2. Music, images and other content
Recordings, compositions, artwork, logos, text and other materials belong to their respective owners. We grant a limited, nonexclusive permission to access the public site for its intended browsing and listening-link functions. Displaying an image, credit or recording does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, sample, remix, commercially exploit or train a model on it. Obtain the relevant rightsholder permissions for uses requiring a license. Nothing here restricts exceptions or uses allowed by law. Contact us about licensing; catalog attribution is not proof that this label controls every right.

3. Accounts and restricted files
Account access is by authorization. Keep credentials and recovery codes secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Access to a private preview or master is limited to the purpose authorized by its owner; a download button is not permission to redistribute or publish. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape restricted records or redistribute confidential files. Any separate written license, distribution or artist agreement governs its subject matter. This website does not change royalty splits or transfer ownership.

4. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement, impersonation, malware, harassment or attempts to compromise accounts or infrastructure. Do not overload services or evade rate limits or restrictions. Public catalog access does not grant unrestricted access to private APIs. Authorized API access is subject to its agreed permissions and limits. We may restrict access reasonably to address abuse, security or legal obligations, subject to applicable rights.

5. External services and editorial information
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, social networks and external pre-save pages operate independently and may require accounts, subscriptions or additional terms. Availability, playlist behavior and release timing are controlled partly by those providers. Optional playlist actions require your authorization and selection; we do not promise automatic pre-saving or platform acceptance. Editorial articles and catalog notes are informational, not professional advice. We aim for accurate credits and links but errors or changes can occur; send corrections to the contact above.

6. Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, update or discontinue site features. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. We are not responsible for independent third-party services. Any limitation of responsibility applies only where lawful and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.

7. Purchases, requests and updates
These terms do not constitute a sale, distribution contract or royalty agreement. If we later offer direct purchases or paid services, the applicable pricing, delivery, cancellation and other purchase terms will be provided separately.
