Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and how to contact us
Enfermatiko, LLC. operates this music catalog, its artist and release pages, related landing pages and blog. For privacy questions or requests, email hi@enfermatiko.com. This notice describes this website; streaming platforms and other external services have their own notices.
2. Information we use
We process information you provide in correspondence or an enabled account or label request, such as your name, email, account details and message. Authorized staff may store artist biographies, credits, images, distribution information and restricted music files. Some catalog information comes from artists, distributors and public music services. A public artist profile does not make its private account or files public.
Our servers process IP addresses, browser details, requested addresses and timestamps for delivery, troubleshooting and security. When catalog popularity measurement is enabled, we use the day, IP address and browser user agent to create a keyed daily identifier for deduplicating artist visits and outbound clicks. Activity records contain this identifier, artist, date and activity type. The identifier is pseudonymous, not a guarantee of anonymity; this feature does not need an advertising cookie. Server logs may separately contain IP addresses.
3. Purposes and recipients
We use this information to operate the site, display the catalog, respond to requests, manage authorized access, prevent abuse and measure interest in artists. Hosting, storage and other service providers may process information to deliver these services. Authorized administrators can access information required for their duties. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. We do not publish restricted masters, private audio, account credentials or royalty information on public catalog pages. Website content and metadata may be delivered from servers outside your country.
4. Cookies, media and connected music services
See our Cookies page for session, security and language cookies. Embedded YouTube videos, optional Google Fonts and external music services can receive technical information when loaded; their own policies apply. External links and pre-save services are operated separately. This site does not itself activate a pre-save merely because you visit a landing page.
If Spotify playlist saving is enabled and you connect your account, we request permission to list playlists and add the selected music following your confirmation. The app stores a temporary access token in its server session, without retaining a refresh token. The Disconnect action removes the local connection; revoke the app in Spotify account settings to withdraw the provider grant. If Apple Music saving is enabled, MusicKit handles your authorization in the browser and the selected playlist action. Provider-side sessions and permissions are controlled by that service. Merely browsing our catalog does not require connecting a music account.
5. Retention and protection
We restrict private-file access, protect account passwords with hashing and support two-factor authentication. No online system can promise absolute security. Catalog records are retained while needed to maintain the catalog; account and correspondence records while needed for the relationship, support, security or legal obligations. Logs and backups have separate operational retention cycles. Daily popularity records can be pruned after 365 days by our maintenance process. Deletion requests are assessed against ongoing legitimate needs and legal duties; backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. Contact us for information about a specific record.
6. Your choices and rights
You can browse without connecting Spotify or Apple Music, control cookies in your browser and contact us to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Depending on applicable law and our obligations, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, an authorized agent, or an appeal of a denied request. We may reasonably verify your identity and will explain applicable limits. We do not penalize you for exercising rights. You may complain to the appropriate privacy regulator.
The installed catalog does not include advertising pixels or a feature for selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use catalog activity for that purpose. External platforms have separate practices. General browser Do Not Track signals do not change the catalog's first-party delivery or security processing. This is not a waiver of any legally required opt-out preference, including Global Privacy Control where applicable. Additional advertising or tracking would require this notice and relevant controls to be updated first.
7. Children and changes
This service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents or guardians should supervise minors' use of external services.
The date above identifies the latest revision. We will update this notice when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. This notice does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
